School of Core AI offers a variety of courses in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), including industry-relevant certifications and career support services (referred to as “Programs”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Platform or any of the services provided. By using any part of our services, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, online forums, and communication channels such as WhatsApp or email, you acknowledge that you are bound by these Terms. Additionally, you agree to adhere to other relevant policies, such as our Privacy Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, and Refund and Payments Policy, which may be specific to individual Programs. Your use of the Platform serves as confirmation that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, and you are legally obligated to follow them. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and while we may notify you of any amendments, it remains your responsibility to regularly review this document. Continued use of the Platform after modifications have been made implies your acceptance of the updated Terms. The Platform, which includes applications, communication channels, and all associated social media accounts managed by School of Core AI, is subject to these Terms. Unauthorized use of the Platform, including non-compliance with the Terms, may lead to suspension or termination of your access to the services. You also acknowledge that certain parts of the Platform may be managed by third-party service providers, and by using those parts, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of those third-party providers. Each AI Program offered may include specific terms related to refunds, payments, and deferrals. These terms will be communicated at the time of enrollment and will take precedence over any conflicting information in the general Terms and Conditions. Please note that our Platform may not be available in all geographical locations. If you choose to access the Platform from a region where its use is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for adhering to local laws and regulations. These Terms also include provisions for dispute resolution, which outline how disputes between you and Vision Logic Solutions Pvt Ltd will be addressed. It is crucial to review these provisions carefully, as they may limit your legal rights and the remedies available to you. Lastly, all content and materials on the Platform, including course materials, logos, and branding, are the intellectual property of Vision Logic Solutions Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited. By continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all the Terms outlined above.

To participate in most activities on the School of Core AI platform or apply for a Program, users must register them self to SCAI. The registration process requires filling the registration form of SCAI to get enrolled within the SCAI with opted program, upon payment of required program fee(either part/full) user will be registered in SCAI, User Account is created and will be granted access to the program and its materials. The terms of use for the Program will be provided at this time. An GST invoice confirming your payment will be sent to you via email, either at the time of confirmation or within two months. This invoice acts as a receipt and proof of the transaction. In certain cases, temporary access to a Program may be granted before the full payment is received. However, if the outstanding balance is not settled within the designated time frame, we reserve the right to revoke your access to the Program without prior notice. Maintaining the security of your User Account is your responsibility, and sharing your login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. You are allowed to create and maintain only one account. Any breach of these guidelines, including sharing or unauthorized use of your account, may result in account suspension or termination. During account setup, you may be prompted to provide additional information, such as your full name, phone number and email address. In some cases, further verification may be needed to confirm your identity. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may lead to the termination of your account or cancellation of your enrollment. As part of your participation in our Programs, we collect information related to your performance, engagement, and other personal details. Some of this information may be classified as Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This data is used to deliver and enhance services, shared with educational partners, or used for marketing purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to communication from us and authorized third-party partners, even if you are registered under Do Not Disturb (DND), Do Not Call (DNC), or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) services. If you believe that someone else is using your account or suspect any other breach of security, it is essential to notify our support team immediately. You also have the option to terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team, and additional details on account closure can be found in our Privacy Policy. Users are expected to engage with the Programs honestly and ethically, without engaging in activities such as cheating, collusion, or any conduct intended to subvert these Terms. Additionally, users must refrain from posting or transmitting inappropriate or malicious content, including phishing or soliciting personal information. Harassment, defamation, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and any such actions may result in reporting to law enforcement authorities without prior notice. Users are strictly prohibited from accessing non-public areas of the platform, tampering with security features, reverse-engineering content, or using automated tools to scrape or collect information from the site. The license provided to access our Programs is for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use, such as reselling, distributing, or sharing content with others, is not permitted and may lead to the termination of access. School of core AI  provide online and offline teaching and training services on best courses on AI, ML, Data Science etc. SCAI is committed to provide their enrolled students best teaching and training services but is not granting success/placement/job services. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue any Program or features within the platform at any time. Certain services, such as translations, Q&A support, or teaching assistance, may also be suspended or terminated if necessary, and users will not be notified of any such changes. Additionally, content or courses may be altered or rearranged, including changes to instructor availability, course structure, or evaluation criteria.

At School of Core AI, we are committed to providing a clear and comprehensive payment, credit, and refund policy to ensure transparency for all our students. These terms govern how payments, credits, and refunds are handled for our various programs and services. By enrolling in our courses or using our platform, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below.

The pricing for all courses and services provided by School of Core AI is clearly displayed on the platform. Prices may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, promotions, discount vouchers, and credits earned on the platform. Additionally, the pricing may be influenced by a user's geographic location, mode of education(online/offline), the currency in which the payment is made, applicable taxes, bank fees for currency conversion or transfers. For institutional or bulk purchases, we may offer special rates. These rates are typically provided based on specific access methods, such as institutional email addresses or designated links. Please note that the price applicable to any course or service will be the price at the time of checkout. Promotional offers/discounts applied on your purchase will be applicable for that period of time on purchase of that course, not applicable for all courses at all period of time and is not retroactively apply to previously completed transactions. It is important to note that prices may be subject to change at the discretion of School of Core AI. Any price changes will be reflected on the platform or not be reflected on platform,  students will be notified prior to enrollment about the current course fee, once a course is purchased the price at the time of checkout is final and will not change during the course duration the same fee of the course will be mentioned in students course enrolment forms and students fee rescripts.

By enrolling in a course or service on School of Core AI, you agree to pay the specified fees. Payments can be made through various methods, including credit cards, debit cards, mobile wallets, or direct bank transfers. You authorize School of Core AI and our approved payment partners to collect the necessary personal and financial information required to process your payment. You must ensure that the payment method used is valid and authorized, and that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Failure to provide valid payment information may result in suspension or revocation of access to the course or service. In the event of a failed payment, School of Core AI may, at its discretion, provide temporary access to a course or service. However, if payment is not completed within the specified time, access to the course will be withdrawn. Users are responsible for ensuring that their payments are completed on time to avoid any disruptions in service. For students who perform exceptionally well or participate in certain platform activities, such as contests or referral programs, we may issue credits. These credits can be used to pay for courses on the platform. However, it is important to note that credits issued by School of Core AI are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to third parties. The terms and validity of these credits will be governed by the platform’s Credits Policy, which will specify the duration and usage of credits.

The Refer & Earn Program is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below and may be modified or terminated by School of Core AI at any time without prior notice. Cashback rewards, discounts, and other benefits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless explicitly stated otherwise. School of Core AI reserves the right to disqualify referrals or participants from the program if fraudulent or unethical behavior is detected. The availability of rewards, such as cashback or discounts, depends on the successful completion of the referral, including full payment by the referred individual and the commencement of their course. Referrers are not eligible for rewards if the referred party cancels their enrollment or fails to complete the payment. Any disputes related to the Refer & Earn Program are subject to the jurisdiction and laws of India. The Refer & Earn Program is open to all registered users of School of Core AI who have an active account and agree to these terms. Cashback rewards range from ₹1,000 to ₹10,000 per successful referral, depending on the course the referred individual enrolls in. Discounts earned through the program can only be applied to courses offered by School of Core AI and must be used within 6 months of being issued. Early access to exclusive materials or courses will be granted through the participant’s account once the rewards are active. To be eligible for rewards, the referred individual must use the referral code at the time of enrollment and complete the payment process. Referrers will become 50% eligible for cashback or discounts once the referred person has made the full payment. Full eligibility for rewards is granted once the referred individual’s course begins. There is no limit to how many people you can refer, but each referral must be unique, and any duplicate or fraudulent referrals will be disqualified. In the event the referred individual cancels their enrollment or is refunded, the referrer will not receive any rewards. School of Core AI reserves the right to disqualify any referrals found to be fraudulent or in violation of the intent of the program. Any attempts to manipulate the system may lead to disqualification from the program. School of Core AI may modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer & Earn Program at any time without prior notice. Existing referrals will be honored according to the terms in place at the time of the referral. To earn rewards, the referral code must be used at the time of registration by the referred individual. Failure to use the referral code during enrollment will result in the referrer not being eligible for rewards. Participants in the Refer & Earn Program must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any tax liabilities arising from the rewards are the responsibility of the participant. In the event of a dispute related to the program, School of Core AI’s decision will be final. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of India and handled within the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana.

“Content“ refers to any and all forms of information and data that may be available through the School of Core AI platform, including but not limited to text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, logos, advertisements, interactive features, and other materials. This encompasses a broad array of materials, ranging from course content to multimedia elements used in our programs. The School of Core AI platform, all its programs, and associated services are owned and operated by School of Core AI. All content made available on the platform or through our programs—including, but not limited to, online/live lectures, video lessons, quizzes, assignments, coding exercises, text, images, presentations, and documents (collectively referred to as "School of Core AI Content")—are the exclusive property of School of Core AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, both in India and internationally. Additionally, any software used on the platform is protected by applicable copyright laws and remains the property of School of Core AI or its third-party providers. School of core AI  provide online and offline teaching and training services on best courses on AI, ML, Data Science etc. SCAI is committed to provide their enrolled students best teaching and training services but is not granting success/placement/job services. The logos, trademarks, and service marks associated with School of Core AI (collectively "School of Core AI Marks") are proprietary to School of Core AI and are protected under Indian and international trademark laws. Any other logos, trademarks, or service marks that appear on the platform or in connection with the programs belong to their respective owners. All content, including the design, layout, and overall structure of the platform, is protected by trade dress and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or copying of any material on the platform is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from School of Core AI. As a condition of using the School of Core AI platform and its services, you agree that you will not: 1.Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit for commercial purposes any School of Core AI Content or any portion thereof without express permission.2.Use the School of Core AI Marks or the trademarks, service marks, logos, or names of any third-party partners in connection with unauthorized communications, advertisements, or promotions without consent. You are encouraged to verify the accuracy and appropriateness of any content before use. In the event you encounter any content that is incorrect, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights, please notify us immediately. We take the protection of intellectual property seriously and aim to maintain a platform that upholds high standards of content integrity. From time to time, School of Core AI may request users to participate in content reviews, provide feedback, or beta-test the platform. Any derivative works or intellectual property created as a result of such participation shall remain the sole and exclusive property of School of Core AI or its licensors. All content and information provided on the platform, including courses, materials, and any related services, are made available on an “as is“ and “as available“ basis. School of Core AI makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, regarding the platform, programs, or any content provided through the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the services will meet your expectations or that they will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free. Additionally, no warranty is made as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the services, or the accuracy or reliability of any content or information accessed through the platform. We do not guarantee that any defects in the platform will be corrected. You, the user, understand and agree that any material, content, or information you download or otherwise obtain from the platform is done at your own risk. School of Core AI is not liable for any damage to your computer, device, or data that may result from the download or use of such material. You are solely responsible for any damage or data loss resulting from the use of the platform. Information regarding EMI options, installment plans, or loans for program fees may be displayed on the platform for certain courses. Any loan or credit facilities are offered by third-party credit providers, and School of Core AI is not involved in or responsible for any agreements or arrangements you may enter into with these third-party providers. You are bound by the terms and conditions of your agreement with the credit provider, and we hold no liability for any issues related to such arrangements. Under no circumstances will School of Core AI be held liable for the use of content, information, data, or material downloaded or accessed through the platform, including any errors or omissions, or any loss, damage, or defamation incurred as a result of using or relying on such information. No oral or written advice or information obtained from School of Core AI or through the platform shall create any warranty or guarantee not explicitly stated in this disclaimer. If you encounter any content on the platform that is incorrect, offensive, or inappropriate, or if you are the owner of any content and wish to have it removed from the platform, please notify us immediately at the contact information provided below.
